Wellbeing Resources: The Key to Avoiding Burnout in Term Three

From tips to help you develop a healthy routine, to the benefits of yoga during exam season; the study blog has many posts to help you boost your wellbeing throughout term three and beyond. The exam season, however, is a particularly challenging and stressful period of study, which many students find leads to increased stress, sleep deprivation and low mood. If you’re feeling any of these emotions, it’s important to know you’re not alone.
