Many of us are staying on campus, in Coventry or Leamington-Spa over Easter to keep our noses buried in our books – but don’t fret! The Library still has events going on that you and your friends can look forward to, to decompress, destress and keep your mind in a healthy space prior to exams and deadline season.

Between the 17th of March and the 23rd of April, the Library has a lot going on especially through their Study Happy events. Study Happy focuses on supporting student wellbeing in Library spaces. Exam time can be very stressful, so this is the perfect time to make the most of these sessions.
Study Happy Mindfulness
This is a free workshop held weekly whereby students can learn and implement mindfulness techniques whether they are beginners or mindfulness-gurus. These workshops also help you incorporate mindfulness into your weekly routine. They are split into two parts, the first explores brief everyday mindfulness techniques and the second is a longer, more focused practice.
The Library Language Exchange
If you are a polyglot or you just want to socialise while developing your language skills, come to the Library Language Exchange! This is an opportunity for informal language practice with a chance to make new friends and develop your language skills.
P.S: refreshments will be provided and that’s always a bonus.

“The Community Engagement Team are currently planning a range of Study Happy Events that will take place in Term 3. Throughout the Easter Holidays, the team will be facilitating a few of our favourite events for the students to attend.
